1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Bookuh ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Platform

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bookuh. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 Prohibited Activities

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Uploading malicious code or viruses
• Engaging in fraudulent activities
• Harassing or abusing other users
• Scraping or data mining without permission

3. Content and Intellectual Property

3.1 Platform Content

All content on Bookuh, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Bookuh or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

3.2 User-Generated Content

By submitting content to Bookuh (reviews, comments, book submissions), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Platform.

3.3 Author Content

Authors retain ownership of their submitted books and materials. By uploading content, authors grant Bookuh the right to distribute, market, and sell their content on the Platform.

4. Purchases and Payments

4.1 Digital Products

All purchases of digital products (e-books, courses, templates, e-cards) are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are only provided in cases of technical issues preventing access.

4.2 Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors (Stripe, KiiBank). Bookuh does not store your payment card information.

5. Author Terms

5.1 Revenue Sharing

Authors receive 70% of net revenue from their content sales. Bookuh retains 30% to cover platform maintenance, payment processing, and marketing.

5.2 Payouts

Minimum payout threshold is $50. Payouts are processed monthly within 7 business days of the month's end. Authors must complete KYC verification for withdrawals.

5.3 Content Standards

All submitted content must be original or properly licensed. Content must not contain illegal, defamatory, or offensive material. Bookuh reserves the right to remove content that violates these standards.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

6.1 Service Availability

Bookuh is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

Bookuh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Changes to Terms

Bookuh reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bookuh operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
